Hi, I thought that I am the lucky person when i received it. Later (just 15days) I understood that I am the topmost unlucky person. Topmost issue "NO proper Technical Support". No bluetooth. Finally worst device.

frustrating.. several customer support calls and finally before completing 1 year sent to company under warranty as screen went blank and charging of battery failed.. received replacement after 5 months.. bit ok than earlier.. but this tablet has no quality ????
100% less 5 % ( bcoz they returned another) i thought i lost tablet and my payment
Dont by the any product of Data Wind. No Dealers at any were No contact no. of datawind official persons. I brought the product and it is folty no when is giving the answer for the same. West of money. I humbly request you to cont buy this product.
Within a day of receiving the device its touch screen stopped functioning.
After talking to the customer care about a dozen times , I was asked to send the device at their Amritsar office as they don't have any service center in Mumbai.
The device was accordingly sent to them.
The device was returned to me after about 80 days.
During this period of more than two months I spoke to their technical support more than 60 to 70 times. First of all they do not have any reference no allotted to customer and as such after repeated attempts when you get to speak to them , one has to furnish entire details like complete address, phone no, email id , device name. position of front camera on the device.
After patiently getting the said details registered every time they used to inform that they are yet to receive the status from their concerned Deptt. This continued for about a month. Thereafter their more or less standard reply was within a week or 10 days I should expect the device . This also continued for another month. In the mean time I also sent 7/8 mails to their customer care which went un replied. I lost all hope of an early solution to the matter. As per their warranty terms when the device is sent for repairs , it will be repaired or amount refunded within 30 days. Their customer care representatives had no apologies for the said breach of terms of warranty.
Anyway ,one day after passage of two months I received a call based on my repeated mails from one of their representatives ( Perhaps Ms Ritima). She promised that she will ensure that the device is sent back to me within a week. That was my experience of the customer care.
As regards the device is concerned , the same is reasonably ok compared to the price. The quality of image from the camera is not up to the mark. Other features are however advanced as compared to similar tabs in this price range.
