The original charger of this phone did not work and got two subsequent replacements for that. Still none of the charger is working. In turn I Berry wants the customer to go to the service centre where they are firm on formalities of producing bills , its hard copies etc. I berry is least bothered about customer satisfaction. I think this is a third grade stuff they are shipping to customers.

Idling to death - when the phone goes to idle, it dies and needs to be restarted by powering off and then on again. This has happened twice over 6 months. Once it was resolved using a firmware update. Now, no resolution. Rear Camera stopped working after 7 months. Parts are not available now. Touch screen was damaged by service center and customer service is asking me to pay 9000 towards fixing display (which was cracked in my use, but touch was working) when they broke it. Customer service is poor - unable to diagnose issues (suggested firmware update for the rear camera and reintroduced the idle to death problem).
