Few hours back from now, I purchased Micromax P40i tab. The worst customer experience I ever had. I curse my destiny for purchasing it. I take as one of the worst blunders ever I did. The tablet worked in the shop(reliance digital, Inorbit mall, Hyderabad) and when I came back to my home switched it off, charged it or few hours and now when I am trying to switched it on its an absolute failure. Struggling for last 1 hour, I tried calling customer care but of course Micromax's customer service is equally worst like its product, Cannot connect.They design a product, just to suck customer's money and then not giving back a ear to them. Worst worst worst company.Micromax won't be able to sustain long. The reality will be out very soon.It people try to make fool out of customers.
Its just a toothpaste carton, not a tab.
I had problems with touch screen a month after buying. Service is hopeless.
A month past and no news from service center. Contact numbers are always not reachable. Not worth buying
Never again a micromax product. Had a P600. Stopped working in 11 months. Got delayed in taking to the service center and thus lost warranty by 10 days. The service center in Bangalore firstly rudely informing me that you should have brought it earlier and that the company is not responsible if I delayed. Anyways paid Rs 100 and deposited the phone. They said they will get back in 2-3 days with the amount required for the repair. Waited 10 days for the call and then finally called back to be told that the motherboard had gone bad and it would cost Rs. 7000. I asked for my tab back as I dint want to spend the cost of a new micromax tablet to repair and was again told curtly "your wish". Anyways when I landed to collect the phone they took the invoice and returned it. When I demanded a bill for the Rs 100 they said that I could take a picture on my mobile. On telling them to give me a bill they grudgingly made a bill and added the Rs 100 for inspection charges. Now I recall I was told about micromax service and had not heeded it. If Micromax wants this to be the plight of their customers then good luck to them but I am not falling for Micromax again. Terrible. I hope they dont use servicing blackmail to recover costs after selling the crap products and recovering money through service centers. This is service terrorism.
Micromax Funbook Mini P410i Tablet (Wifi, 3G), the camera rear 5MP and front are 2MP camera. But no picture clarity and no quality its seems like a 0.3 MP camera may be because it s a fixed focus camera. Indoor photos are worse and outdoor, dim light photos even worse.
Had a lot of trouble in finding the accessories of this product as they are not many. There is sluggishness in the OS while going to the menu. Display is not bright enough to see under sunlight even though with full brightness on. No value for many
I had bought this product from Flipkart on 17th April 2014. Hardly used it for one month and it shut down. Had to follow Flipkart for one month to get the bill copy to claim warranty.
Now I have given it to the service centre for repair and its already 2 months and I havent got my TAB back. They are saying parts are not available. If Micromax cannot supply required parts to their own service centre, whats the use of buying such product. I have totally wasted my 8.5K. I am writing this review so that others may avoid being cheated by this fraud company.
