I purchased a Xolo Q 2000 mobile amounting to Rs. 15900 from Himalaya Photo store, Chandigarh on 30 Nov 2013 vide invoice no. 14370. As there was an issue with the display screen of the mobile, I submitted it for repair on 10th July 2014 to Durga communication , Chandigarh ( IMEI NO. is 911337800024410 , work order 310000568904) for which till date no reasonable answer has been provided by the service center. I have faced a lot of bothering and harassment. More than a two month has passed and now I am fed up from all these annoyances. I have suffered for the services, harassment and lot of loss of time already. After 50 days company sent phone which again started giving display issue, irritable noise from speaker, white patch on screen within 3 days. I have again submitted the phone to above service center. Now I come to know that company in replacement provided second hand repaired set whereas they initially promised to provide me new set. This company is cheater and fooling people. The above details can be crossed checked from call center of Xolo.
Look like Sony
Screen flickering, LCD issue, Hangs frequently. There are lot of complaints regarding Q2000, therefore company has stooped production of this set.
I bought Xolo Q2000 handset on 9th march 2014 from indiatimes.com and had it only for 4 days. on 4th day itself the touch had some problem. 5th day 14.3.2014, I could not unlock the mobile cos touch was not working. I gave the mobile to service on 17th march 2014. Till now no response from customer care except the words "please wait. It will be given as early s possible". They cannot even tell a date on which I can have my handset. I recommend not to buy any xolo product since the customer care is so poor.
Good Battery last for more than day
Using wifi and screen mirroring you can see the mobile display on your smart TV.
Defective touch. You will face it within a week.
Very bad customer service. then it is better to throw ur mobile than giving to service center.
I have bought my xolo q 2000 after so many comparisons made with so many other brands .finally I got my phone everything went well for the first two weeks.then the first incident was to speak to customer service such a bad experience .I have been to told by the IVR someone will be calling me in three hours time but till date nobody has called .my mobile touch have some issues and suddenly my system UI stopped ,(I dont even understand that),the headset stopped working for a long time now.Remember guys I bought this mobile after going through so many reviews based on the websites.

please do not write review about other mobile problem or any seller only write for this mobile so other can easily decide which type of this mobile and xolo q2000 is great mobile i used from last 5 day its camera clarity is too good and 1.2 GHz processor so easy used multitask at same time this is hd mobile so display clarity also good xolo company's all mobiles are good because i used xolo q1000 before that or my friend used xolo q800 all mobiles are good so buy xolo without tension....
@farhan ahmed : Its the after sales service that is being blamed and not the phones . Get ur facts right . Xolo has the worst customer support u could possibily imagine
1) Customer care number is always busy or they donot respond
2) They promise a pick up but that is a false promise. They dont arrange pick ups
3) Even the metropolitan cities lack service centers . They have just collection points and dont be surprised if it takes more than 20 days to get ur phone back
4) In chennai there is only one service center ( F1 solutions behind ega theatre ) and they are the most unresponsive guys u'll ever see
5) Calls will not be attended or the number will remain switched off / busy
6) U will not get a spare phone during the period of service
7) this is my experience with Q800 which has been to service for 5 times now which took 4 months collectively
Bottomline is , it doesnt matter what model it is
be it q800 or q2000 the service is the same
save your hard earned money and go for brands like sony or samsung
now u know why branded phones cost a bit
its for the kind of service they provide
