Acer Liquid E1 boasts a 4.5-inch IPS capacitive LCD touchscreen with a display resolution of 540 x 960 pixels along with a pixel density of 245 ppi.

It runs on Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean) operating system. Acer has powered the Liquid E1 smartphone with a 1GHz Dual-core processor accompanied by 1GB of RAM to deliver a smooth performance.

The Dual-SIM device packs a 5MP rear camera with LED Flash and Autofocus along with a VGA Front-facing Camera for video-calling. The Liquid E1 houses an Internal memory of 4GB which may be further expanded up to 32GB via Micro SD Card.
 
On the connectivity front, Acer Liquid E1 includes 3G, GPS, WiFi and Bluetooth as its features. It has been fueled with a 1760 mAh battery.
