Fraud Flipkart the Con Artist !

Overall: I ordered this Notebook on 7th of May 2016 and Received the shipment on 17th May 2016. nnDay 1 : Most of the function keys and toggle keys were not functioning on notebook. nAfter having conversation with ASUS customer care i raised a replacement request on 21st of May 2016 on flipkart. The flipkart guys said, they will ask an engineer from ASUS to pay a visit to me to inspect the notebook and then star the replacement process. They promised the visit will be done within 48 hours. But till 24th May no one showed up. nnI called again flipkart on 24th May and they pleaded "We are very sorry sir, your visit will definitely be arranged within next 24 hours". Next two days, again, nobody showed up. nI called again on 26th and they promised me a callback. A gentleman from flipkart did call and said "This has been a miss on our side, and we are so sorry for the inconvenience caused", and arranged a conference call with ASUS customer care. On call i was promised a guy will come and pay a visit to me by 27th May and a guy from ASUS did showed up on 27th. He gave me a jobsheet which acknowledged that the keyboard was malfunctioning. nnI mailed back the jobsheet to flipkart the same day (27th May) and requested to take this replacement further. nNext Day (28th May evening) i get a mail from flipkart that said, the product cannot be replaced as the replacement warranty was for only 10 days by seller. nnShipment received on 17th and replacement denied on 28th, despite taking pain from 21st May itself. nWell played Flipkart !
