The Asus X550CA-X0702D laptop is a good combination of affordability and usability. While it dons a decent configuration to help you in day-to-day stuffs, you might not be able to live a hardcore gamer with it. Absence of a bundled OS is another shortcoming, but that is well justified by an affordable price tag.
Nice laptop for the price! Its been over a year and I've had absolutely no problems at all. Although I am considering a RAM upgrade.
The screen is anti reflective.
The matte black textured finish on the outside feels good.
Keyboard is not as good as my old compaq, vaio or thinkpad. Not that easy in pressing. The directions buttons and numeric buttons are really waste because they are too small.
LED indicators are hardly visible in office lights.
Quality of screen although antiglare, its not crisp or uniform as vaio. It lacks something that cause discomfort for eyes.
