Overall: I received product on 09/07/2014 around 14:00 hrs. I checked product around 18:00 hrs and found product is not working properly so, I contact Flipkart Customer care executive and booked complaint at around 19:00 hrs on 09/07/2014. Flipkart Customer care executive told me our backhand team will contact you within 24 hrs. And your problem will resolve within 24 hrs. When I asked Flipkart Customer care executive for my complaint number, He told me complaint number is not required. Again I booked another complaint through Email on 10/07/2014 at around 07:00 hrs. (I attached copy of Email as a proof). I received reply email from Flipkart Support Team with this (Incident: 140710-003113) number and they told me our team will contact you within 24 hrs. But I have not received any Callback from Flipkart Support team since 11/07/2014 11:00 hrs. So I decided to booked Return request on flipkart website and I booked 1 Return request again my order (OD40707037660) In flipkart on 11/07/2014 around 11:00 hrs. And I received confirmation email from Flipkart with Return ID 5966147 and told me our team will contact you on 12 July. But since after 24 hrs of my return request generated, still I have not received any callback from Flipkart support team.nnI have called Lot of times since last 3 days on Flipkart Customer Care No. (1800 208 9898 or (080) 49400000) but still I have not received any satisfied answer from Flipkart. (Whenever I called they told me don’t worry your problem will resolve soon.) But still I have not received any solution from Flipkart till date.
