Overall: Asus X series Notebook was delivered to me by flipkart on 3rd Nov 2015, when I encountered some severe problem during & after the installation of Windows 10 I immediately contacted them back on 10th Nov; & selected the option of return back within 10 days. A lady voice contacted me on phone the next day and assured that the problem would be resolved by 13th Nov. ......and then the series of SMS & e-mails followed ...on 13th Flipkart RE-ASSURED me via SMS & e-mails that they are SORRY ....(The usual business stuff) and my problem would be solved by 15th Nov....I JUST WAITED . I HAD NO OTHER OPTION; I had paid Rs. 38799.00 to flipkart. Nobody contacted me even on 15th Nov. I just waited....... and then on 27th Nov I received a call, and this time a male voice told me in usual BUSSINESS language that my return request has been rejected by the seller. IF I HAD PURCHASED THE PRODUCT FROM LOCAL DEALER I COULD HAVE GOT WIN 10 INSTALLED FROM THE SELLER AND THEN THE PAYMENT WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE. FOR ANY ISSUES I COULD HAVE REFFERED TO THE LOCAL SELLER . But this ease of transection is NOT POSSIBLE WITH ON-LINE SHOPPING. Everything is on either phone, sms, & e-mails........only WORDS ....WORDS & WORDS. NO HELPFULL ACTION. Because flipkart means ONLY BUSSINESS; & for them the buyer is only a MARKET to earn MONEY. IF BUSSINESS IS NOT concerned about HUMAN WELFARE it will get them only MONEY BUT NEVER WELBEING or PEACE OF MIND & JOY OF LIFE.
