Karbonn Mobiles has launched Karbonn Smart Tab 10 Cosmic. With this Karbonn becomes the first Indian company to offer the enhanced feature of a 9.7 inch capacitive touch screen with Jelly bean update. It has been spotted selling on Saholic for a price of Rs 10280.

Karbonn Smart Tab 10 cosmic sports a 9.7 inch capacitive touch screen running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. It is powered by 1.5 GHZ processor complemented with 1GB of RAM. It has 4GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB via SD card.

It packs a 2MP camera at the back for shutterbugs and a VGA front camera for video calling. On connectivity front Karbonn Smart Tab 10 cosmic supports Wi-fi connectivity. You can also get 3G functionality via external 3G dongles. The tablet is fueled by a 6000mAh battery.

With this set of specifications Karbonn Smart Tab 10 cosmic seems like a nice affordable alternative to regular iPad tablets.
