The new smartphone from the Chinese manufacturer Huawei, Huawei Asdend D2 is yet to be presented in CES 2013 however four of its images have been leaked already. Huawei Asdend D2 is the successor of the successor of Huawei Asdend D1.

With CES2013, Las Vegas show approaching in January, smartphone makers have been gearing up to show their prowess in technology and the Chinese phone maker Huawei expects to make a mark in this segment with this new launch.

The smartphone was announced in October 2012. The device has stylish and trendy looks. It sports a 5.0inch, 1920 x 1080p screen running on JellyBean powered by 1.5GHz, 2GB RAM quad-core processor. It has a powerful 13MP camera for shutterbugs. It is supported by a battery of 3000mah.

It is expected to face stiff competition from Oppo, Samsung and ZTE.

Huawei Asdend D2 is officially expected to be announced in CES 2013.
