Micromax had launched the A116 Canvas HD in the Indian smartphone market couple of days ago, and already the manufacturer has sold more than 9000 units of its flagship device within a period of around 24 hours.

Micromax had launched the Canvas HD in the midnight of Thursday partnering with the online retailer Snapdeal.com and the device was sold out at the retailers’ within 15 minutes of the announcement of the sale. The second lot made available for sale by the company consisted of 300 units of the smart device, which was also sold out within 15 minutes of the commencement of the sale. Exceeding the expectations made by the manufacturer, the rolling out of the third lot of the Canvas HD was quickly followed by its sale within the next 45 minutes at noon on Thursday.

Micromax officials informed that the studies related to sale of the Canvas HD reveal that 60 percent bookings for the phablet have arrived from the metros which is a great response from the urban markets.

The much awaited Canvas HD from the house of Micromax has already received great response from the market and hints towards better prospective sales record. Micromax is already expecting its newly launched flagship device to touch new heights with its sales in the weeks to come.

Presently, there is no stock available for the Micromax A116 Canvas HD, but the company is looking forward to replenishing the stock as soon as possible.
