Adobe, the software giant in print and media introduced Adobe Photoshop Touch App for Android tablets. The company announced the App along with a couple of Apps during an event Adobe Max. This App is optimized for Touchscreen Android tablets and brings in all the possible editing features that the PC software version offers. Adobe confirmed the pricing of Photoshop Touch as $9.99 and the App will be made available at Android Market Place.
Adobe Photoshop Touch is the first of a series of Touch Apps that Adobe planned for a launch. The other Apps include Adobe Proto, Debut, Ideas and Kuller will each cost $9.99 where the launch is expected by 2012. Adobe also planned to extend these services to Apple iPad.
While, looking at the features the App comes with integration with Google Images and Adobe Creative Crowd. Users were also credited with built-in-tutorials on the App which helps to guide you through various options available in the App. The App supports the images of multiple file extensions, but limited to 1600 X 1600 px resolution.
