After Micromax Zen too launches a 4.3 inch Affordable Android phone

Following the release of the 4.3-inch Android Phone from Micromax, now Zen too has launched a 4.3-inch Android device, the U4 smartphone.

Zen U4 has been launched by the company at a price of Rs. 6,499 but now has stated on its official website that the smartphone is available at a best buying price of Rs. 5,990.

Zen U4 sports a 4.3-inch WVGA Capacitive Touchscreen and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) operating system. The Smartphone has been powered with a 1GHz Processor and provides Dual-SIM support. The U4 has a 3.2MP Camera on its Rear side with LED Flash along with a VGA Front Camera.

The U4 smartphone from Zen offers its user access to an onboard storage of 512MB along with the flexibility to expand the Memory further externally up to 32GB via Micro SD Card. On the connectivity front the newly launched Android device from Zen includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS as the features accompanying it.

Zen has introduced the U4 Smartphone along with some preloaded social networking applications for Android which includes Facebook and Twitter. The recently arrived Zen U4 has also got a LED Torch light and a 1500mAh battery.

Back in the month of November of the previous Year Zen had launched the Ultraphone U1 flavoured with Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS accompanied by a 1GHz processor with a price tag of Rs. 4,999. Now, it seems like the Company is planning to grab some more share of the smartphone industry by launching the U4 as a member of its new range of Android devices.
