Asus Fonepad Note 6 compact Android tablet with voice calling announced at IFA 2013

Asus has launched a lot of new devices at IFA 2013 including new laptops and tablets. In addition to all these devices, company has also launched a 6inch Android tablet dubbed as Asus Fonepad Note 6 with voice calling support and full HD display. It doesn’t fall in the usual tablet category because its display is only 6inch large. It looks like a large smartphone as well as a small tablet but company has chosen to refer it as a compact size Android tablet.

Features of Asus Fonepad Note 6 Android tablet –
  • It features a 6inch full HD touch screen IPS+ display with the resolution of 1920*1080 pixels and having 367ppi pixels density

  • It is powered by a dual core Intel Atom S2580 processor with hyper-threading technology along with 2GB of RAM memory

  • It comes in 16GB and 32GB internal storage models along with microSD card support

  • It features an 8MP rear camera with full HD recording and 1.2MP front facing shooter for video calling

  • It comes with microSIM slot support for voice calling and other connectivity features of the device include WiFi, Bluetooth and 3G

Asus Fonepad Note 6 Tablet

Company has powered the Asus Fonepad Note 6 Android tablet with a decent 3200mAh battery which can provide 23 hours of talk time and 6.5 hours of video playback. It is a fully stylus supported device and comes in black & white color models. However, there is no information available at the moment about the pricing and release date of the tablet in the market.
