It should be noted that Airtel was the first telecom operator to start 4G services in India. Airtel has faced the problem of infrastructure and distribution setup, but it is still the preferred telecom provider in the country. Airtel has always been superb when it is asked about the customer services.
Bharti Airtel has recorded the figure of 187.3 million mobile customers in the country. Such an enormous figure makes Airtel the No. 1 telecom operator in the country. Airtel have a standard 3G database as well. The 3G connectivity remains smooth most of the time and people hardly get struck in any webpage.
Airtel has lots of plans to expand in the future especially in the 4G segment. The company is waiting for the guidelines of Ministry of Telecom and Communication regarding the spectrum issue, after which Airtel will take its further step. Keeping the present scenario in mind, Airtel has lots of scope in the future. It will be interesting to see how other telecom providers react to it.
