Seems the troubles for BlackBerry are not going to end soon. After facing banning threats from various countries over the access to server issue, the smart phone manufacturer “Research in motion (RIM)” is now facing threat to get banned in Indonesia over pornography.

The Indonesian government has threatened to close Blackberry service in the country if it refuses to block pornographic content. Indonesian Communication and Information Minister Tifatul Sembiring said on Tuesday that he had requested the Canada- based Research In Motion, the maker of BlackBerry, to block adult content for its service in the country.

‘If they are still not responding to our request, we have to close it down,’ the minister continued.

Earlier, Kuwait had also made a similar demand to RIM.

According to the minister the banning on pornographic site on the internet is in line with the country's 2008 anti-pornography law.
