The first QWERTY device from Blackberry, the BlackBerry Q10 will be appearing on the newly unveiled Blackberry 10 operating system is expected to make its headway towards the markets worldwide in the month of April this year.
The manufacturer of the Blackberry 10 operated devices have confirmed the April release of the Q10 QWERTY phone, as it is working in a rapidly with the different mobile carriers in order to accelerate the testing of the compatibility of the device.
The first QWERTY device from Blackberry with a Blackberry 10 OS sports a 3.1-inch Super AMOLED Touch Screen which bears a display resolution of 720 x 720 pixels. The phone houses a 1.5GHz dual core Snapdragon processor with up to 2GB of RAM. It packs an 8 megapixel Rear camera with LED Flash, Autofocus, Geo-Tagging, Image Stabilization and Face Detection features along with a 2MP front-facing camera for video calling.The connectivity features of the device includes 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi dual band, Wi-Fi hotspot, NFC, GPRS, EDGE, Bluetooth, USB, GPS with A-GPS.
Blackberry has not yet delivered any information regarding the availability and pricing of the BlackBerry Q10 QWERTY phone but we may expect the information to arrive soon.
After a wait for several months Blackberry had launched its long anticipated Blackberry 10 operating system along with the Q10 and its counterpart Z10 devices on the 30th of January this year. Thus we can expect the company to register a boosted up sales figure following the launch of the Q10 running on the Blackberry 10 OS.
