BlackBerry Z30 set to launch in India on October 24th

The Canadian smartphone manufacturer, BlackBerry is all set to launch its premium smartphone the BlackBerry Z30 in India on October 24th. The phone is already listed on many online retailers in the country as an upcoming item and soon it will officially land in the market shelves. It was originally announced back last month in an event in Kuala Lumpur and it is claimed to be the smartest & the fastest device from the company till the date.

To remind you, Features of BlackBerry Z30 –
  • It comes with a 5inch super AMOLED display with the resolution of 1280*720 pixels and 295 pixels per inch density

  • It is powered by a 1.7GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor along with 2GB of RAM

  • It is running on the BlackBerry 10.2 OS version which is a bit tweaked to support on the big screens

  • It comes with 8MP rear and 2MP front facing cameras with HD video recording ability

  • It comes with 16GB of internal storage which is further expandable via microSD card slot

  • It is having a massive 2880mAh battery which is non-removable

  • Connectivity wise it offers WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, 3G and NFC

BlackBerry is expected to price this premium device below Rs. 45,000 in India. It will be a nice addition to company’s portfolio in the country.

In related news, BlackBerry has published an open letter in 30 news outlets in around nine countries in which company stressed that the customers can still continue to count on its products, despite the challenges the manufacturer is facing and all the changes it is going through.
