Champion introduces tablet with calling facilities at Rs. 6300

Champion Computers has introduced the Wtab 705 Talk as an entry-level tablet with SIM card facilities and voice calling features at an unbelievable price of Rs. 6300.


Champion Wtab 705 Talk sports a 7-inch display screen which bears a display resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and weighs around 300grams.. It runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) operating system. Champion has powered the calling tablet with 1.5 GHz Cortex A8 processor accompanied by 512MB to deliver a smooth performance.

Champion Wtab 705 Talk packs an internal storage capacity of 4GB which may be further expanded externally up to 32GB via Micro SD Card. The connectivity features of this tablet includes a SIM card slot, 2G, 3G via dongle, Wi-Fi, USB Port. The Wtab has a 2MP rear camera and a VGA front camera.

Champion Computer is a company that offers IT and Hardware peripherals and has previously launched in the Indian market the Wtab 7.2 and Wtab 7.3 as the Wi-Fi only tablet models and also has the Wtab 7.4 that supports 3G connectivity. The high-end product from the manufacturer is the Wtab 971 which features a 9.7-inch display screen.

Now, with the recent launch of the Wtab 705 Talk with SIM card slot and voice calling features Champion Computers seems to be looking forward to expand its reach further towards the enterprise segment of devices in the Indian market as we already expect a lot of educational institutions to implement the use of tablets in the curriculum in the coming time.
