Computex 2013 Day 3 Round up

Day 3 of the Computex 2013 was also packed with some actions. Here’s a quick peak of all that happened on the third day.

Asus Memo Pad FHD 10 LTE

Asus launched a range of device including two new successors in the Memo Pad series. However the company had another surprise to reveal yesterday, a Memo Pad FHD 10 with LTE capabilities. During the Qualcomm Keynote yesterday, Asus CEO took the opportunity to tease an unannounced tablet. It will be an LTE version of Memo Pad FHD 10  with a Qualcomm processor inside. The device will hit the stores in Q3.

Samsung Galaxy S4 with Intel Inside



Yes, that’s true. The Intel Keynote slide which listed a bunch of upcoming devices packing Intel processor also included the Samsung Galaxy S4. Though there was nothing official from the Intel’s spokesperson, so probably we could here something pretty soon.

Free MS office Suit with Windows 8 tablets

Microsoft announced to offer free office suit with the X86 Window 8 tablets with screen size below 10-inch. The suite will include OneNote, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and outlook app.

Gigabyte Android Phones

If there’s some space left to enter into the fully packed Android Market, Gigabyte is knocking the door. The company showcased 3 new Android mobiles – Gigabyte Maya, Gigabyte Sierra and Gigabyte Samba. Out of the trio, Gigabyte Maya is the only phone with 4.5 inch screen with rest two being the 50inch phablets. All the mobiles sports IPS display, dual sim capabilities and vanilla Android 4.2.
