BlackBerry has slashed the price of its Q5 smartphone by 20 percent, and its is now available for Rs 19,990 only.
BlackBerry has introduced a limited period New Year offer in India, under which it is offering the BlackBerry Q5 smartphone for just Rs 19,990. This is a 20 percent discount on the official price of Rs 24,990.
The BB10-powered, QWERTY-toting smartphone was launched in India in July 2013, positioned as an affordable alternative to its premium sibling, the Q10.
To remind you, the BlackBerry Q5 comes with 3.1-inch capacitive touch display with a 330ppi pixel density. The phone is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and packs in 2GB of RAM. Other features of the device include a 5MP rear camera, 2MP front shooter, 8GB internal storage, microSD card slot, 1080p full HD video recording and a 2,180mAh battery.
