The contents of the press release is a slap on the face and takes a dig against all the corrupt forces of this nation. This press release was issued by G.D. Jasuja (Mobile 9879260064), Ahmedabad, in the interest of all scam lovers as well as spectrum seekers and users of our beloved country.

Bids Invited for 4G Spectrum Allocation

The Department of Telescam (DoT) invites bids for the award of 4G spectrum allocation, the services under which are expected to be rolled out in 2013.
Open tenders on behalf of the Minister of Spectrum Allocation, MisGovernment of India, are invited under Two Bid System, i.e. Qualification Bid and Financial Bid from reputed, experienced and financially sound dubious companies having a successful track record of cheating the government revenues of at least Rs. 50,000 crores during the past three years, consequently.
Tender document is available to desirous companies/firms/agencies/commission agents on all working/non-working days around the clock on payment of Rs. Five cr. (nonrefundable) in Demand Draft of the amount drawn in the favour of “xxxxx Chit Fund” drawn only on "Hawala Bank of xxx" payable at Chennai. Tender document can also be downloaded from the website www.dot.ourindia.com and sent along with the DD.
This Office reserves the right to amend or withdraw any of the terms and conditions contained in the Tender Document or to reject any or all bids without giving any notice or assigning any reason. The decision of the DoT, Same Delhi, Department of Telescam in this regard shall be final and binding on all.
All the bids shall be evaluated and any bid determined as substantially nonresponsive will be rejected by DoT. A substantially responsive bid is one, which conforms to all the terms and conditions (written as well as unwritten) of bid document without material deviation.
The successful bidder shall be required to deposit an amount equal to 40% of the contract value or Rs. 10000 crore (Whichever is higher) on the spot in cash to the person authorised by DoT and an equal amount of Rs. 10000 crore in favour of KNCF. Another Rs. 1000 crore in favour of DoT shall be payable within three months.
In case of any dispute, decision of the Chairman, Karuna Nidhi Chit Fund (KNCF), shall be final and binding on all parties.
PP. : No right of the refund of any kind at any time admissible in the event of any change in the minister or the government.
