vodaVodafone, the second largest GSM service provider in India, has presented the handsome free 3G data offer for Tablet users in India. The offer is valid for Prepaid and Postpaid users both.

Vodafone India is offering 3G data of 1 GB to prepaid subscriber for 30 days and one month 3G data rental waiver for the postpaid users. The offer will be available to 3G Tablet of any brand having inbuilt 3G slot in the gadget. The best part about this offer is that Vodafone is making a serious attempt to increase it's 3G data services in India.

To get the subscription of this offer, customer needs to take a Vodafone connection or SIM card from any Vodafone Store or any other retail outlet. The prepaid customers would get 1GB free 3G data for the first 30 days from the activation of their connection and postpaid customers would be offered first one month free rental waiver on 3G data plan at the time of Postpaid SIM card activation.

The 3G data offer has been launched by the company in Andhra Pradesh circle and thereafter this offer will be introduced pan India customers. The company is providing free 1GB data (upload and download) and in addition to 1GB data uses, customer will have to pay extra over and above.

It is interesting to note that Vodafone does not have 3G license in Andhra Pradesh Circle; the company is providing 3G via intra-circle roaming agreement with Airtel and Idea. The company plans to extend its 3G services to more users at an affordable price.
