Gionee Elife E7 set to launch on November 26 with Snapdragon 2.5GHz processor

Gionee has confirmed that it is going to launch a new Android smartphone on November 26th. Gionee Elife E7 is the upcoming phone from the company that will be powered by a Qualcomm 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 800 processor. To keep its fans exciting, Gioneeā€™s CEO Lu Weibing has confirmed the launch of a new phone on his Weibo page.

Gionee Elife E7 will be the first Android smartphone to be powered by a Snapdragon 800 8974AC chipset from Qualcomm. Its processor will be supported by a decent 2 GB of RAM. Full specifications of the phone are not out yet, but rumors suggest that it will be featuring a 6.1 inch GIZO screen with the resolution of 2560*1600 pixels and it will offer 498ppi pixels per inch density.

The phone will be running on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system along with AMIGO user interface on top of it. For imaging, it will be having a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and it will also sport a 5 MP front facing shooter for video calling. It will be drawing its power from a massive 3500 mAh battery. It is also rumored to arrive with a fingerprint sensor on its back like HTC One Max.

Gionee has hinted that its upcoming flagship will be priced around 3299 Yuan, which converts into Rs. 34,000 approximately. More on the phone will be unveiled in roughly two weeks, so stay tuned to learn the news.
