HCL has added another tablet in company’s ME series Android tablets. HCL ME V2 is the latest addition in this range which is now available to buy online for Rs. 8,200 at the Infibeam.com. HCL is trying to compete with other tablet manufacturers like Samsung, iBall and Micromax in the Indian market by offering affordable devices with good features.

Features of HCL ME V2 Android tablet –
  • It is having a 7inch capacitive touch screen display with 800*480 pixels resolution

  • It is running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system

  • It is powered by a 1Ghz single core cortex processor along with 1GB of RAM

  • It comes with 4GB internal storage expendable up to 32GB via microSd card

  • There is a 2MP rear camera along with Front vga on board

  • It is a 2G device and comes with 3G dongle support via USB

  • Comes with additional WiFi, Bluetooth connectivity features

  • It is powered by a 3800mAh battery

HCL ME V2 is powered by only a 1GHz single core processor which is not really acceptable performance in this price range. However, the other features of the tablet are pretty good to compete with other rival brands.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 with 7inch display is also another good competitor for this tablet in Indian market. It also comes with better display and performance options. HCL ME V2 is only having advantage of lesser price tag comparing to the device from Samsung.
