HTC Desire P launched in Taiwan

HTC Desire P was leaked along with Desire Q a few days ago resulting into a rumor of HTC working to launch a couple of mid ranged Android phones. Of the duo, HTC Desire P has now gone official and appeared on HTC Taiwan’s website.

HTC Desire P is a mid range Android smartphone with a wide 4.3 inches super LCD Display. It has been powered with 1GHz Dual core processor, Adreno 203 GPU and 768MB of RAM. There is no official information regarding version of Android is available as of now but we assume it to run at least Android 4.1.

HTC Desire P packs an 8MP camera at the back and a front facing camera to perform video calling. It comes with an internal storage of 4GB expandable up to 32GB. Connectivity features include 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, Micro USB etc. It has been launched in two attractive colors i.e. Red with Black trim and White with Black trim.

The HTC Desire P will be available soon in Taiwan for $365 (Approx Rs 20k). There is no word on its global launch.
