HTC One Max is reported to be releasing In India in the first week of November 2013. According to sources close to Gizbot.com, the high-end big size phablet will be available in the country from next week. The phone is already listed as an upcoming item on the Saholic.com online store. A quick skim through the source code of the listing page has revealed that it will be priced around Rs. 45,999 at the store.
It the leaked pricing is to be believed than the flagship HTC One Max will be priced a bit cheaper than the HTC One. It is quite likely that the Max phablet will be cheaper than its smaller sibling as the big displays are easier and cheaper to mass produce compared to a 4.7inch full HD display, Tech2.in reports.
To remind you, HTC One Max features a S-LCD 3 display of 5.9 inches with Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels), resulting in pixel density of 373 ppi. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor with clock speed of 1.7 GHz. Its processor is supported by 2GB of RAM and Adreno 320 GPU. It is running on the Android 4.3 JB OS version and comes with a massive 3300mAh battery.
Apart from a bigger screen, higher battery capacity and the fingerprint sensor, most of the other specs of the One Max are similar to the HTC One Dual SIM version. It is company’s answer to Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and the Sony Xperia Z Ultra phablets.
