HTC One Mini officially announced, launching in the markets from August

Highly rumored smartphone HTC One Mini is finally officially announced and will go on sale in the markets from August this year. It is the smaller version of the company’s latest Android flagship and shares similar metal design from its bigger brother. Company didn’t reveal any information on the price of the phone but it will be launched in the selected markets from August and the global roll out will begin from September this year.

Features of HTC One Mini smartphone –
  • It comes with 4.3inch LCD touch screen display with 720p resolution and 341ppi pixel density

  • It is powered by a 1.4GHz Snapdragon 400 processor along with 1GB of RAM and Adreno 305GPU

  • It is running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean version and comes with HTC Sense 5 user interface

  • It is powered by a 4MP rear UltraPixel camera and 1.6MP front shooter

  • It comes with WiFi, Bluetooth and USB connectivity features

  • It also features HTC Zoe, HTC BoomSound and HTC Blinkfeed services

  • It is powered by a 1800mAh battery

The mini version of the flagship also features Dual Front facing speakers, Dual microphones and comes in Glacial Silver & Stealth black color models. The phone also features the same UltraPixel camera with HTC ImageChip 2 and BSI sensor but lacks the optical image stabilization. Overall, the mini version of the HTC One is having decent smartphone features and will surely give stiff competition to the mid-range smartphones in the market.
