HTC planning to launch HTC One SV Android smartphone in India

The Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer is planning to launch HTC One SV Android smartphone in India. The phone has been listed at the Infibeam online store while other shopping sites are expected to list the phone in their inventory soon. However, Infibeam has not disclosed the price and expected delivery date of the phone in the country at the moment but we expect it be priced in the mid-range smartphone segment.


For your information, HTC One SV comes with a decent 4.3inch Super LCD 2 touch screen display with the resolution of 480*800 pixels and it is coated with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 for protection against scratches. The phone is expected to arrive with the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system version. It is powered by a dual core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor along with 1GB of RAM memory.

It comes with 8GB internal storage that is expendable up to 32GB via external microSD card. Camera features of the phone include a 5MP rear shooter with LED flash and BSI sensor for better quality photos in the low light conditions. The front facing camera of the phone is 1.6MP which is capable of shooing videos with 720 pixels.

Similar to all the HTC devices its user interface is also enhanced by the HTC Sense UI and company has powered the phone with an 1800mAh battery. Connectivity features of the phone include 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC support. So, if you were eagerly waiting for the phone to launch in the country then just wait a few days and you will be able to buy it from the online and the offline stores.
