Here are a few inventions, which offer variance to what we already have slated. Consider these for your own use as we found they fair well.

This comes as the next in line to the  Microsoft’s Surface RT, which didn't heat us up like the summer sun last year. In fact, it was met with cold response. The Surface Pro, is more interesting. It is a Windows 8 running tablet to laptop hybrid. The Microsoft Surface Pro has a 10.6 inch display and has Windows Pro option. The Surface itself can work  millions of existing Windows applications. The Surface Pro weighs a little extra than it should however. The multi touch screen gives you a nice iPad type of experience when as its capable of running desktop applications. With an external monitor, it enlarges itself into a full blown PC complete with gaming capabilities. There's also a stylus that works really well, along with an eraser that is magnetically attached to the tablet itself.  The display supports 1080p and 10-points of touch. Memory wise you'll get either  64gb or 128GB of flavored memory.

Alcatel One Touch Tab 8

Alcatel, has not wrapped itself around the mobile device world without good reason. So now we see a shift in its concentration through the production of the One Touch Tab 8. They have a lot more up their sleeve in terms of software's. However let's have a closer look at the  Touch Tab 8. The look of the device itself is premium, classy and sophisticated. It supports a 1024 x 768 over its 8-inch IPS panel type.  you'll find two cameras, one up front and the other at the back of the device. The Touch Tab 8 too runs on Android tablet running 4.1 Jelly Bean like most tablets do these days. It packs in a dual-core 1.6GHz processor backed by 1Gb worth of RAM and 8GB of internal storage with expansion provision of that through the MicroSD slot. This device is made to be a budget gadget.

Acer Iconia B1-A71

The Acer Iconia B1-A71 is another Android baby. Wow, sheer Android dominance huh. Anyway this device runs on the  Jelly Bean. This too is meant to be a budget device and we can see why, for the specifications don't promise much. There will however be a delay in the production of these, reasons are not forthcoming. It bears a lot of similarity to the  Nexus 7 and will make a good competitor. This device is going to be available in  EU, Middle East and Africa where it will do well, since other popular budget Android tablets are missing from the market there.

Samsung Ativ Smart PC

More from Windows 8; is another tablet to laptop hybrid high-breed. The transformation is smooth what with its thin and sleek design making for easy transitioning. This convertible is powered by the Intel Atom Processor Z2760 and has  Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (specs of which are TBD). The device also has an astounding 14.5-hour battery life. The display is about  11.6 inches with a 1366 x 768 capacity. The size of this display is certainly unique. The front camera is  2-megapixels and the rear primary camera is 8-megapixels.  now the real interesting part is its light weight weighing under  2-lbs. It also has wireless connections via Bluetooth support plus Wireless LAN and 4G/LTE and 3G option network service.
