IndiaProperty launches property mobile app for iPhone, Android, more

IndiaProperty.com realty portal has come up with their own mobile application to facilitate customers with easy and quicker ways of collecting information and making decision while investing in properties or buying it.


According to top company official, the property mobile app by IndiaProperty was launched a month ago and it is to be made available for all the major mobile OS platforms - Android, iPhone, Windows and BlackBerry.

The Visual Search feature of the app is powered by Augmented Reality.

Vice President and Business Head of the company, Ganesh Vasudevan, said potential buyers can search for property by either rent or by location. He added that the app has been so far been used by about 15,000 potential buyers and customers can get this facility totally free in twenty cities.

The company was showcasing its mobile app on the occasion of its third edition of property show named 'Grapraveshan 2012' in Coimbatore. Introduction of their in-house developed mobile app proves the company wants to reach its customers through every possible medium.

Recently IndiaProperty.com was validated by comScoreas the top online real estate in the country.

The company is now confident in retaining the number one position in coming years with the launch of its property mobile app for all the major operating system platforms.

The 'Grapravesham 2012' is a two-day show and it is expected to exhibit around 1,000 new properties, fifty builders and 75 new projects.

Company Vice President also added they are eyeing Tier II cities for selling properties such as Mysore, Vishakhapatanam, Coimbatore and Kochi.
