Karbonn A30 launched officially

Karbonn officially launched its Phablet A30 with a price tag of Rs.12990. This Device was earlier available at leading online shopping stores at a cheaper price but now Karbonn has officially priced this Phablet at Rs.12990.Its Specifications will make it a biggest rival of the phones serving under the price tag of Rs.10,000.

The Karbonn A30 sports a 5.9 inch 480 x 800 pixels, Capacitive Touchscreen display and is powered by a Dual Core 1GHz processor with 512MB of RAM and runs on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich OS. The device has a 8MP Rear Camera and on the front it has a 1.3MP Camera for video chatting.

Karbonn A30 has 4GB (2.56GB user available) of inbuilt storage capacity which can be expanded upto 32GB using a microSD card. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi, 3G (7.2 Mbps HSDPA), Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth and also has proximity sensor, 3D G-sensor, light sensor. This device weighs 280 grams, and is just 10.7mm thick. Karbonn A30 is fueled by 2500mAh battery for a long run.

Talking to Press & Media on Launch event, Shashin Devsare, Executive Director, Karbonn Mobiles said, “By devising the Karbonn A30 – Ta Fone, our endeavour is to form the world’s first 5.9” screen smartphone which blurs the differentiation between a Tablet and a Smartphone and creates a hybrid category of devices which is sure to see a lot of buzz in times to come,”

Now, It would be interesting to see how Karbonn A30 Competes with its biggest rival Micromax A110 Superfone Canvas 2.
