Adding one more contender to already over crowded budget Android segment, Karbonn launched another 4-inch Android phone with a decent set of specifications. Price Rs 6189, Karbonn A8 sounds like a good option for people looking for a decent Android mobile in low budget.

karbonn-a8Karbonn A8 comes with a 4 inch capacitive display with a resolution of 480x800 pixels and a pixel density of 233 ppi. It runs on the latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and is powered by 1GHz Dual core processor supported by 512 MB Ram. The configuration is decent enough to perform day to day task easily. The 4GB inbuilt storage can be expanded up to 32 GB via MicroSD card slot making enough room to store your stuffs.

On the camera front, it packs a 5MP camera with LED flash. A VGA camera on the front side is embedded to facilitate Video calling over 3G or Wi-Fi. Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Micro USB etc. Karbonn has equipped it with a 1500 mAH Li-ion battery for the power backup.

As said, at this price tag, the device is a good offering. However, in case you are not very optimistic about Karbonn, you can consider Lava Iris 402, Micromax Bolt A67 as alternatives.

The device is already on sale on Saholic.com, an online retail store run by Spice mobility.
