Karbonn Mobile to extend its product portfolio with 10 new handsets

Karbonn mobile has recently launched an array of handsets celebrating this festive season. The company introduced an extensive range of mobiles concentrated on TouchScreen, QWERTY & Wi-Fi enabled, Music, Multimedia and budget series. Karbonn Mobiles also plans to debut into Android-based 3G Smart phones in the first quarter of 2011 for the Indian consumers.


Mr. Pradeep Jain, Managing Director of Karbonn Mobiles comments, "Karbonn Mobiles was launched in India in March 2009 with a view of offering unmatched quality and features at attractive price points for Indian mobile phone users. The response thus far has been truly overwhelming and the Karbonn brand has gone from strength to strength in the country. We plan to get even more aggressive with fresh initiatives to ramp up our operations and aim to double our sales by the first quarter of the next year."

Karbonn Mobiles likely to introduce the mobiles in the price range of Rs. 1500 - Rs. 5000 in India. The catalog of mobiles follows

  • Karbonn K1414 is a TouchScreen phone

  • Karbonn K25i is a Wi-Fi enabled, QWERTY phone

  • Karbonn K111, K11 and K514 are multimedia phones

  • Karbonn K550i, K424, K343, K316, are music phones

  • Karbonn K451i is a phone that offers a great battery backup
