The home grown smartphone manufacturer, Lava has quietly announced company’s latest budget Android tablet the Lava E-TAB Velo+ in India. It is currently available to buy at the Snapdeal.com online store for Rs. 4,699 and it comes with only basic hardware features which you should expect in this price range. It is a 7inch multi-touch offering tablet running on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS version and supports 3G network via external dongle.
