Lava is all set to launch an Intel based Xolo on 14th March

The famous Indian smartphone manufacturer, Lava is all set to launch a new Smartphone in its Xolo Series on 14th March in Goa, India. On 14th March, when the tech experts and smartphone buyers will have their eyes stuck on the launch event of Samsung Galaxy S IV, Lava will try to grab attention by launching this new smartphone.


This new Smartphone is expected to be fastest smartphone made till date powered with an Intel Processor. Lava has teased this Smartphone with a badge name of 'Missin X' on its official website and Facebook page. There is also a countdown timer.

It may be powered by the new Intel Clover Trail+ Processor, which was announced at the Mobile World Congress 2013, held at Barcelona, Spain. The Clover Trail+ Processors were announced with two cores and three variants. These variants are named as Z2580, Z2560 and Z2520 which are clocked at 2GHz, 1.6GHz and 1.2GHz respectively.

Going with the processor, this new Smartphone is expected to run on Google's Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Operating System. It may also carry an 8 Megapixels Rear Camera, capable of recording full HD 1080p videos. And a 1.3 Megapixels front camera for video calls. This Smartphone can carry 2GB of RAM.

The new Xolo Smartphone can be priced around 20,000 which will make it a tough competitor to Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos, Sony Xperia P and HTC One S.
Lenovo is also going to roll out a new Smartphone naming as K900 powered by 2GHz Dual Core Clover Trail+ Processor soon. But K900 will be coming later in 2013 in India.
