The three devices are dual SIM smartphones with no 3G support. Further they are built with the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. All three devices sport a 3.5-inch HVGA touchscreen display with 320x480 pixels resolution. The devices are powered by a 1GHz single core processor with 256MB of RAM.

Further, all three devices have a 2MP rear camera, but only the Iris 349 and the Iris 355 have a VGA front camera too for video calling. Also, while the Iris 349 has a fixed focus rear camera, the Iris 351 has LED flash for its rear camera.

The real difference in the device come in the memory option. While the Iris 349 has 113 MB internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via micro SD card, the Iris 351 has no internal memory while the external memory is expandable up to 16GB via micro SD card. Finally, the Iris 355 has 512MB internal memory, that can be expanded up to 32GB via micro SD card.
