LG officially announces LG Vu 3 with Snapdragon 800 processor

The Korean smartphone manufacturer, LG has finally official announced LG Vu 3 Android smartphone with Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. The phone will be rolled out in the Korean market from September 27th on all the three major telecom carriers SK Telecom (SKT), the Korea Telecom (KT) and LG U+. It is company’s latest Android flagship after LG G2 which was launched earlier this year and arriving in India on September 30.

Features wise, LG Vu 3 comes with a 5.2inch full HD IPS touch screen display at 4:3 aspect ratio with the resolution of 1280*960 pixels. It is powered by a super fast 2.26GHz quad core Snapdragon 800 processor along with 2GB of RAM memory and 480MHz Adreno 330 graphics processor. It is running on the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system version and will be updated with the newer versions of the OS in the future.

LG Vu 3 design



It offers 13MP rear camera with LED flash and 1080p quality video recording at 30 frames per second. It also comes with a 2.1MP front facing shooter for video calling purposes. It is a 4G LTE enabled smartphone and offers 3G, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity features.

LG Vu 3 Quick Case



Company has also introduced Quick Cover case with the phone. It is a semi-transparent front cover for the phone which displays incoming notifications and time etc.. It also comes with a Rubberdium stylus pen support and hosts a lot of software customization from LG on the stock OS. Price and availability of the phone in other markets is not revealed by the company at the moment.
