Here's an another beast, LG Optimus 4X HD announced by LG to hit European market in the second quarter 2012. The name LG Optimus 4X HD itself simply denotes the capacity of the handset. Yes, you guessed it right, this is LG's first Android smartphone with NVIDIA's Tegra3 Quad-core processor on board. And you're right too, this device perhaps the only logical follow-up of LG Optimus 2X and will be showcased at Mobile World Congress 2012.
LG Optimus 4X HD comes with a 4.7 inch True HD IPS LCD Plus touchscreen display with 1280 x 720 px resolution. The device kicked-off that dual-core madness and fastened with 1.5Ghz Quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Packing all these, the device comes in a 8.9mm thick block that is slightly thicker than the 4:3 ratio LG Optimus Vu. Following the recent trend, the new LG Optimus 4X HD sports an 8.0 Megapixel shooter on the rear-side with LED flash light and a 1.3Megapixel front facing camera. Of-course, it is expected to record videos at HD quality and share with friends and peers using connectivity options Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3G and DLNA. LG Optimus 4X HD runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and with an Icing customized UI. The device carries a 2150 mAh battery to take care of habitual tasks without any hiccups.
