LG Optimus G2 set to launch on August 7

The Korean tech giant has taken a significant step ahead in the smartphone industry with its best ever smartphone, LG Optimus G2. The device is actually a successor of LG Optimus G and the company is all set to launch it on August 7 in New York. As per the company claims, it is the future of the smartphone industry.

lg-optimus-g2The device will pose a 5.5-inch full-HD display running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. As rumored, supposedly will have a powerful 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor with 3GB RAM, becoming the first for its type. Interestingly, the device is so slim that it was not possible to give control buttons on the edges so volume control buttons are placed on the back.

LG Optimus G2 will sport a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and 2.1MP front facing camera packed with all dynamic camera features like Autofocus, digital zoom and may be optical image stabilization (OIS) that's just started to come in  phones, it allows steadier shots and open up the potential for superior low light shots, the ‘Perfect click’ theory has been accepted for making the device. It features expandable internal memory.

On connectivity front no stone left unturned by the Korean tech giant as the device poses everything be it 4G-LTE, 3G, Bluetooth, WiFi, USB, GPS, EDGE etc. To make it a complete package, its been powered by 3000mAh battery.  Since the device poses all elite features it will definitely be a high budget device but we cannot conclude anything until and unless the official launch takes place.
