LG Optimus L1 II with 1GHz processor and 4.1 Jelly Bean officially announced

LG has announced a new phone in its L II series devices dubbed as LG Optimus L1 II for the entry level buyers. It is all set to go on sale in Vietnam first which will follow to Russia, UK and other selected markets including India. Company has priced the phone below $100 that sets it in the budget range Android devices.

Features wise LG Optimus L1 II comes with 3inch capacitive touch screen display with the resolution of 320 * 240 pixels. It is powered by a 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor along with 512MB of RAM memory. It is running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system version and there is no information if it will receive future Android OS updates. It comes with 4GB of internal storage that is expendable up to 32GB via microSD card slot.

It also comes with a fixed focus 2MP camera with normal quality photos. It is a 3G device and other connectivity features of the phone include WiFi and Bluetooth options. It is powered by a 1540mAh battery and comes in White & Black color models.

LG is expected to price the phone around Rs. 6,000 in India. It is going to be a direct competitor for Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo Duos in India which is available to buy for Rs. 6,000 and comes with quite similar features.
