Amidst widespread consumer agitation against frequent call drops, Loop mobile announced a first-of-its-kind money back scheme. Nicknamed "Network Challenge", this scheme will compensate the users who are experiencing call drop monetarily. This scheme applies to Mumbai subscribers where Loop mobile is well established.
Under this scheme, loop mobile will credit 0.50 paise per minute for every call drop reported across Mumbai and Thane to the subscriber. The scheme applies to both post-paid and pre-paid subscribers. Customer has to send sms NC to 50800 (in case of postpaid) or 50505 (in case of prepaid) and they will get the money back.
Loop mobile is fighting a battle to overcome the competition and to establish the degrading reputation. Loop Mobile also promises that every subscriber call on the IVR system will be answered within 10 seconds and the service activation requests be processed within 15 minutes! Failure to accomplish will be compensated monetarily or in the form of Cafe Coffee day vouchers!
