Loop Mobile To Use Social Media To Strengthen Its Brand

Loop Mobile has appointed Windchimes to handle the brand's presence across social media platforms. Mumbai-based Windchimes will play a key role in being the spokesperson for the 'Loop' brand online, creating buzz for new launches and building engagement for the brand with its audiences.
Under the deal, it will also play a key role in helping Loop reach out its users and create a buzz for the flurry of VAS services that are due to be launched in the near future. Windchimes will advise and help Loop Mobile create a stronger community connect and come up with exciting ideas to leverage Loop's strong relationship with Mumbai. Another key mandate that will be handled by the agency will include identifying and resolving complaints and queries, thereby strengthening the brand's customer relations.
