|April 23 2013 |applications

Mapmyindia has recently launched its Navigation application for the Blackberry 10 Platform. This new application is a great move and is bound to help many users who are somehow dependent on some form of navigation software. Mapmyindia is considered as one of the best navigation apps for India and surprisingly the app is now available for Blackberry 10 OS for free. Note that as of now Blackberry Z10 is the only mobile running on this platform.

The new application comes with some interesting features, one of which is the ability to mark places as “Home” so that users can quickly get a route to take them home. This new application is available at Blackberry App World without paying a single penny for it.

Blackberry Z10 was launched previously in late February in India. It is a full touch device with 4.2 inches LCD screen with a resolution of 1280x768 pixels. The device runs on Blackberry 10 operating system and has been powered with 1.5GHz Dual core processor paired up with 2GB of RAM. It houses a great 16GB of internal storage capacity. Blackberry Z10 packs a 8.0 MP rear camera and also has 2.0MP front camera.

Blackberry Q10, scheduled to launch soon will be the second device to run on Blackberry 10 OS.
