Micromax is about to roll out the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for the Micromax A110 Canvas 2 smartphone by next week.
To avail the update, customers have to take their device to the Micromax customer care center. This can be a little inconvenient, but Micromax promises that the update will be done free of cost. The Micromax official clarified that, "This (Android 4.1 OS) will not be an OTA update. Users will have to go to Micromax-authorized service centers to get the update. Currently, we are conducting tests on the Jelly Bean ROM and will be releasing the update by early next week latest."
