The Micromax Canvas Power will offer a 5-inch display, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and  a quad-core processor.

A new report suggests that Micromax is slated to launch yet another budget Android smartphone. The Micromax Canvas Power will feature a heavy-duty 4,000mAh battery, and will be priced below Rs 10,000. The news comes soon after our report on the imminent launch of the Canvas Duet 2 with GSM+CDMA network support.

The Micromax Canvas Power will reportedly feature a 5-inch display, 1.3GHz MediaTek quad-core processor and Mali 400 GPU. It will offer 1GB of RAM and a microSD card slot to expand storage up to 32GB. Internal storage hasn't been revealed yet.

The Canvas Power will run Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and offer Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3G and GPS connectivity options. On the imaging front, the smartphone will feature a 5MP rear shooter along with a VGA front camera. The 4,000mAh battery will offer 13.5 hours of talk-time and 400 hours of standby time.

A few days ago, Micromax released an Android smartphone Canvas A93 Elanza, which features a qHD display, 5MP camera, dual-core processor, 4GB storage and 5MP camera. The company also released four entry-level devices earlier this year.
