The Micromax Canvas A116 HD was expected earlier to be priced around Rs. 14,999, but the actual price of the device is less than the market expectations. Trade pundits are now expecting the device  to get a great response from the market.

Micromax Canvas A116 HD sports a 5-inch IPS Capacitive multi-touch display which bears a display size of 1280 x 720 pixels. It runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) operating system and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor accompanied by 1GB of RAM.

The Canvas HD packs an 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash along with a VGA front-facing camera for video calling. It offers an onboard storage space of 4GB which may be further expanded up to 32GB via Micro SD card.

Micromax Canvas A116 HD is a dual-SIM device with support to GSM frequency on both the SIMs. The connectivity features of the HD phablet includes 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS with A-GPS.

So, for all those who want to own the device, you can grab it from the Micromax online store which promises delivery within 5-7 working days.

Micromax Canvas A116 HD is a complete package and justifies its pricing. The device will give a tough competition to the recently launched Phablet PII from Byond, which sports a 5.7-inch display and has got a 1GHz processor along with 1GB of RAM.
