Microsoft preparing Windows Phone 7 for an October 21st launch

The Microsoft Windows Phone 7 is one of the most awaited Smartphone and is rumored to officially release in Europe on October 21 and in the United States on November 8. The news has been coming from lot of the sources, hence we believe waiting period seems to end soon. Windows Phone 7 will land initially in United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, France, and Germany and then in other nations.

Microsoft’s is also preparing for a gala Open House event in New York City on October 11, subject of which is still to be disclosed but we believe its about Windows Phone 7.

However, According to Windows-centric blogger Paul Thurrott, “I mentioned on this week’s Windows Weekly podcast that the October 11 date people have been tossing around for the Windows Phone launch was incorrect,”.

He also added “While I don’t know anything about a European launch, I’ve been told by a very reliable source that the US launch date for Windows Phone is November 8.”

Now we all are eagerly waiting for the next update.
