Nokia Launches Symbian Belle Phones in India

Nokia announced the launch of Symbian Belle Phones in India. The three smartphones Nokia 600, Nokia 700 and Nokia 701 will be landing in the coming months. Nokia recently announced these smartphones during an event held in Hong Kong and each of the phone was honored with a title for their exceptional feature.


While Nokia prepping for Windows based devices, the Symbian is getting stronger with updates following one after another.  After the classic Symbian OS,  it was Symbian^3 followed by Symbian Anna and now it is Symbian Belle. At one point of time Nokia says, they have plans to discontinue Symbian and on the other hand they are feeding with the new releases. There were times where users feel disgusting, whether to stick with Symbian or shift to some other. Symbian Belle update will gradually be rolled out to Symbian Anna devices where the OS will bring new NFC pairing functionality with some improvements and bug fixes. All the above mentioned three device carries the Near Field Communication (NFC). Interestingly, these three smartphones are the first devices from Nokia carrying NFC.

Nokia 600 will be priced Rs.12,000 while the Nokia 700 will be a slightly higher pricing about Rs.18,000. The Nokia 701 will be made available for Rs.20,000.
